Sam Walmsley is the recent winner of the 2021 REINZ National Auctioneering Championship Open Division. Also winner of the 2015 Harcourts Most Promising Auctioneer of the Year and the 2015 REINZ Auctioneer with the Most Potential 2015, Sam has quickly made a name for himself and customers are raving not only about his likeability but also his enthusiastic, charismatic and successful auctioneering abilities.

Sam began his real estate career in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Property Degree at Auckland University. He loves the theatre and excitement of auction and the fact that when his hammer comes down ownership changes and the sale is final.He has an ability to read the crowd and create an auction room environment which is inclusive, exciting and encouraging.
